Cancellation
Cancellations must be reported no later than 18.00 the day before the agreed consultation. If the phone is not answered, a message can be left on the answering machine. Cancellation at a later time is calculated with 292.62 (health insurance fee). If you have ordered a 1-hour treatment, the full fee will be calculated.
ATTENTION Insurance and health schemes do not pay for no-shows or late cancellations.
Canceling in good time means that the time can be offered to someone else who needs help. It also makes the waiting list shorter. Thanks.
